What is My Kau? My Kau is a personal digital service for students at Karlstad University.
It is important that you decline your admission offer if you do not wish to attend the course.
If you have been admitted late, and therefore can´t register on time, contact the administrator.

The course Intercultural film and media 7,5 credits is an introduction to intercultural film and media, covering audiovisual expressions from different film and media cultures from all over the world. During the course theoretical perspectives and analytical tools will be presented and critically discussed. Teaching is in the form of lectures, seminars and group work, averaging 1-2 classes per week. You are also required to study on your own. The course represents half time work, i.e. an average workload of approximately 20 hours/week.

Your schedule will be published two weeks before the commencement of the course, at the latest. You will then also receive further information about times, rooms, teaching and how exams will be carried out for your specific course/programme.
